The Challenge
RealPage had a large instructor-led classroom-based training program. A few e-learning courses were built in Flash, and they were offered online primarily as pre- or post-classroom training or as
training for those who were unable to travel to classroom sites. RealPage recognized that the number of employees and client personnel attending instructor-led classes was decreasing due to economic cost constraints. This resulted in a significant increase in the need for comprehensive online curriculums. RealPage sought to deploy a learning management solution to provide its customers with tools to manage their own student populations. More importantly, they needed a comprehensive e-learning development tool that would allow them to quickly create a large number of lessons and curriculums that target each customer's essential processes and their employees' job roles.
